License agreements must be signed by a person with the authority to make legally binding commitments for BATV or BHS.
BATV will only install licensed software if the original distribution media and a complete set of documentation are provided.
BATV, reserves the right to choose the location and installation method it deems most appropriate for particular software.
BATV will not install software when existing resources are inadequate or when the software functionally duplicates other installed software.
BATV will only consider requests for software installation originating from a faculty member or staff member. Students should obtain faculty sponsorship for their requests.
Because of the high traffic volume BATV will only install software, upgrades, drivers, or settings over school vacations and breaks to ensure all members and staff have access to the computer labs at all times.
